VP for XR

Reality as we know it is undergoing a historic transformation. Twenty years ago, we created the world’s first remote eye tracker. Today we are the global leader in eye tracking. How did we accomplish this, you might ask? We did it all together! We are now looking for a VP for XR (Extended Reality). If you are as passionate as we are about XR and developing the coolest technology out there together, we should talk!
Located in our Stockholm Headquarters, you will report to the SVP of Segments & Products and have approx. 5 direct reports. You will be a member of The Segment & Products Management Team and Tobii’s Extended Management Team. We do believe you are a person who loves global collaboration and are looking forward to building strong relationships worldwide.
Your core tasks will be:
To develop and set segment’s strategy to direct focus in the organization and ensure customer knowledge, a competitive portfolio, and a winning positioning long-term
To translate business strategy to clear goals to optimize on segment’s investment plan, road map and ensure domain competence to deliver Segment contribution
To be the spokesperson for Segment externally and internally
To make sure the voice of the customers is represented throughout the organization, across teams and functions
To develop a high performing team - develop and leverage teams & individuals

How to be successful in this role:
The ability to drive decision making, with a strategic and tactical mindset
Strong leadership. If you have experience from working in a matrix organization, it’s a bonus
Experience of scaling a technical integration business
Previous experience of XR technology
Technical understanding of hardware and software (Sales & Product Management)
Excellent communicator in smaller and larger settings
