About the job

In this role, you have a responsibility for group-wide Compliance. The area today consists mainly of the following broad areas: export and sanction control, competition law and anti-corruption matters.

Your role will be to continuously ensure that the Group has updated and relevant internal policies, guidelines and governance documents in the above areas. You are constantly monitoring new legislation in this area, both at national and international level. In this role, you will work closely with the business and provide advice and support on both compliance issues and regulatory implementation. You will also review and propose new or improved processes and procedures for managing compliance risks. Furthermore, you will work to increase awareness and knowledge internally through various efforts.

Who you are?

We are looking for a candidate with a law degree or other relevant academic education. You have a solid experience of compliance and have worked with regulatory compliance in a global industrial Company.

Previous experience of a managerial role or leadership is a merit, but most importantly you are used to working independently with your own responsibility area. You have a drive to ensure continuous improvement within the Compliance area. You are business minded and pragmatic and used to managing risks. In this recruitment, we emphasis the importance of your personal qualities. Integrity, trust and business acumen are key words of the person we are looking for. You work fluently in English, you are communicative and you establish relationships easily.
