About the job

In this role, you will be responsible for the group people function, leading the strategic agenda and planning of group people projects and processes. You will identify areas of improvement to further develop Securitas’ strategic people offering across the Securitas group. You will continue to evolve the people collaboration model and identify opportunities for collaboration, knowledge exchange and networking. This, whilst continuing to further embed newly introduced processes and tools and ensure that processes are fully implemented, adopted and utilized.

Key responsibilities

Advisory & Coaching: supporting the SVP for Group Communications & People and the CEO (when needed) regarding people strategy, people operations and people initiatives. You will also be supporting and advising divisional presidents and corporate functions. This includes budgeting and resourcing for group people resources and group people programs/initiatives. You will also be overseeing the global people leadership agenda to ensure collaboration between divisional and functional people leaders. Furthermore, organising people forums and global people summits to foster close collaboration.

Talent Management & Succession Planning: Global process ownership. You will be supporting the global people leadership team with the annual talent review together with the Securitas Group Management team. You will be responsible for the 360-feedback process and global platform to support alignment across the organisation. Furthermore, you will lead the global talent community whilst supporting global leaders in the full roll-out of the Leadership Framework across the organisation.

Executive Leadership Development & Training: Ownership for the group executive development program. Overall planning of delivery, venues, logistics and contracts with third-party trainers and participant nominations. This, with budgeting and quality assurance.

Employer Branding & Employee Value Proposition: Working together with Marketing to drive both the EB and EVP offering.

Talent Attraction & Talent Retention: Support as needed in recruitment/assessment of candidates for key leadership positions. Drive establishment of common recruitment practices across the group. This, whilst supporting/advising in talent retention focusing on employee engagement, comp & ben, rewards & recognition, employee experience and learning & development.

Employee Engagement & culture: Overall responsibility for the annual global Employee Engagement and Diversity & Inclusion Survey (eNPS+DII) and technical platform (Peakon) across the group. This includes data consolidation and presentation of group results to GM. Together with the Group Communications & Sustainability team; you will be Establishing group employee engagement QKRs to drive improvement activities in line with the group strategy and targets.

DE&I: From a group level, support the continued roll-out of the Securitas Toolbox (Securitas way and working and group management model). Lead the internal “Toolbox community” of ambassadors and ensure that sufficient “train-the-trainer” sessions are planned. Overall supporting the people organisation rollout of inclusion training.

Learning & Development: Give guidance and strategic support to organisation on training initiative and global learning management systems (LMS).

About you

We are looking for someone who:

- Has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters preferred.

- Has 10+ years of professional HR experience across the full employee lifecycle (broad HR generalist knowledge)

- Has 5+ years of strategic HR leadership, including people & team management

- Is experienced in working with global people teams, looking into translating strategy to relevant actions

- Has outstanding stakeholder management, relationship-building, and influencing skills with C- level leaders

Skills & competencies

Your high degree of autonomy and strong decision-making skills, alongside your strong interpersonal, verbal and written English communication skills will ensure your success in this role. You are skilled in building new processes, selling in ideas and inspiring others. You have a prestigeless mindset and enjoy solving problems whilst coaching key stakeholders in a global context.

You have previous experience from leading the strategic people agenda for a global company. Your experience from developing and managing new people programs, establishing governance models and global HR policy standards will ensure that you will enjoy this role.
