The VP Human Recourses Global Functions should serve as an integrated part and business partner for Autoliv’s Global Function’s Quality, Supply Chain Management, Operations as well as for Corporate Function Finance & IT. The VP HR will also assume responsibility management of Autoliv’s Head office (AHO) in Stockholm, Sweden and lead the local AHO HR team. It will involve ensure program design and execution securing each functions strategic agenda as well as leading the day-to-day HR activities The role will also work closely with the global team of professionals for HR in all Division as well as Group center of excellence.
Strategic Context and Challenges
The VP Human Resources should be an active part in the formation, development and execution of each function's long-term strategy and follow up on progress, over time ensuring that the needed capabilities are ensured.
Deliverables
Identify, propose, deploy and follow-up on activities and programs supporting the each function’s long-term strategy fulfillment
Lead and execute day-to-day HR activities in each relevant function and at Autoliv’s Head office (AHO) in Stockholm, Sweden.

Very strong business understanding.
Solid HR skill and competency, including attract, build (develop) and retain the engaged team as well performance management
Define and champion vision, mission and key behaviors, employer branding via employee experience
Diagnose and prioritize the future leadership, especially in uncertain environment, build the strong pipeline for succession planning
Familiar with general level labor law in global context and HRIS know-how

Education
Possessing a University degree in HR or Business Administration, preferably MBA
Previous Experience
HR generalist and change leader, with several years of experience of international business
Experience in managing highlevel professionals
Languages
Excellent oral and written English
The VP Human Resources Global Functions will report to the Executive Vice President Human Resources and Sustainability.
