And that's just the start - we're on a mission to help 500 million people find perfect fitting footwear by 2025. Now we're looking for you, our VP Marketing, to help us achieve that mission!
At Volumental, Marketing's job is to demonstrate how our products solve the footwear industries problems - from the everyday to the epic, from the mundane to the monumental. You’re a collaborator at heart and easily communicate strategy at a senior level.
What will you do?
Be a key person in growing the Volumental business through high level marketing strategies and executions together with your team.
Lead, mentor, inspire and grow a team of marketers responsible for growth, events and enterprise/B2B/B2B2C marketing.
Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape overall business strategy, acquire consumer insights, develop marketing and distribution plans, create demand generation campaigns, measure outcomes and organize resources against key priorities.
Evolve and implement our lead generation strategy in coordination with our sales team.
Oversee marketing communications including public relations, advertising, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website either directly or on an outsourced basis.
Launch amazing new products to the world together with our product and sales teams.
Find creative solutions to business challenges big and small.
We are excited about you because you have
10+ years of experience in marketing roles, including experience of leading a team through high growth at an established company (B2B and B2B2C experience preferred but not strictly).
An analytical mindset with a high degree of comfort in using data to drive decision making.
Outstanding verbal and written communication with a special knack for telling stories in a clear, intriguing and effective way to help us create a narrative that explains our simple solutions to a complicated market.
A bias for action with creative solutions to business challenges big and small, and an appreciation for making a conservative budget go along way.
A track record of building out lead generation in a B2B company.
A collaborative mindset with low prestige, willing to jump in where needed.
A curious and open mindset, like your fellow Volumentalists. When somebody suggests a new approach, you’re eager to understand more and test, evaluate and iterate to see if it works.
Fluency in English. Other languages are a bonus.
This is a full-time position based at our Stockholm headquarters, reporting to our CEO.
