VP of Finance

Natural Cycles is an international working environment filled with smart and ambitious colleagues working in Stockholm, Geneva, New York and remotely. Our mission is to pioneer women’s health with research and passion - by empowering everyone with a menstrual cycle with the knowledge they need to be in charge of their health.

Natural Cycles is fast growing while being profitable and investing heavily into its digital health platform. We are now looking for a VP of Finance who will add strategic and financial leadership to the company, and both enable and drive structured and scalable growth in line with company goals and vision. In this role you will be responsible for our finance function of the entire group. This means managing and leading the existing finance team and working directly with founders, other department leaders in the company and investors at NC°.

It is a full-time position based in Stockholm or remotely in Sweden. Exceptions can be made for New York- or Switzerland-based applicants.

What you will be doing

Your responsibilities & desired deliverables are

- Control - ensure that the company has accurate financials, help the company stay informed about those metrics and manage the audit process for all entities, manage accountants in subsidiaries.

- FP&A - manage the budgeting & planning process, maintain/build model and improve over time, work with other departments to improve business performance (e.g. supply chain, HR, sign-up).

- AP/AR - manage cash (collections, disbursements).

- Capital markets - help the company get capital it needs, optimize mix between equity & debt, manage investor base.

- Tax & treasury - ensure compliance with tax requirements and optimize within those boundary conditions as the company is now entering profitability (IP, transfer pricing, sales tax/VAT, employer tax, profit tax,...).

- Legal & insurance - in absence of in-house counsel, keep corporate affairs in order with external counsel. Maintain and update adequate levels of insurance.





What skills and experience we think that you have

We’ll be looking for passion, strong foundation & ability to execute against deliverables and grow with the company. In practice this means;

- proven track record (5+ years) of effectively leading financial & operations functions,

- strong accounting background as well as deep business knowledge and the ability to provide actionable solutions to problems,

- extensive experience from multi-regional operations,

- strong analytical, IT/IS, modelling and commercial skills,



- experience from B2C digital subscriptions businesses (with or without hardware) is desired.
