VP of Product

Backed by science, our treatment is based on a clinically validated face-to-face treatment and includes individualized exercises, interactive education and tracking tools. With the company now growing and scaling, we're on the hunt for a passionate VP of Product to join our team. You will join a dynamic and fast-paced startup that has global reach beyond its origins in Sweden.


What we will expect from you
Lead a Product Management team focused on conceiving, building and launching user-focused, high-quality products that keep delivering the best care for our Patients, Physical Therapists and Payors
Work closely with fellow engineering, design, and business leaders to define our product vision and strategy across our product areas, and deliver tangible business outcomes
Establish a highly collaborative, data & customer-driven culture within the product development team
Owning the product metrics & reporting with a deep understanding of user retention and how to increase it
Maintain a strong executive presence across different cross-functional departments (marketing, support, sales) and multiple layers within the organization
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to collect feedback, prioritize needs and explain our short and long term product goals
Hire, manage and grow a team of Product Managers and help them to reach their potential
Bring a firm grasp of quality product design/user experience to the overall product strategy
Execute efficiently in a fast-paced, fluid start-up environment where change is constant and creativity is a must
Write technical PRDs, manage technical backlogs, and effectively prioritize new features vs. tech debt
Work with a full-stack engineering team to build world-class internal products that eliminate workflow friction, maximize output and improve the employee experienc



Is this you?
8+ years of Digital Product Management experience
3+ years of experience as a people manager with trust and transparency as values
Experience from digital healthcare (Nice to have)
Great communication skills at all levels of the organisation
Experience scaling a product team in a startup (Nice to have)
Passion for digital healthcare that delivers solutions to increase the quality of life of our patients
Solid understanding of defensibility, network effects and user-generated content
Ability to direct major cross-functional initiatives with effective prioritization and influence
A track record of building exceptional products that delight users and produce a clear business impact
Experience developing growth strategies around loops
Experience collecting both internal and external customer feedback and requests, empathizing with their challenges and opportunities, and prioritizing roadmaps to optimize results
Demonstrated ability to lead projects affecting many functions, including product, engineering, finance, compliance, and support
