We are looking for a strong VP Product that can lead the team and break down Lifesum’s overall product vision of improving people's health into exceptional user experience with features and functionality and that will really make a difference.

Lifesum helps people create lasting lifestyle changes. As we all know, habits around food and training is one of the hardest things to change. Your responsibility is to ensure that Lifesum’s solution helps users while guiding and encouraging them on their health journey’s in a fun and modern way.

Lifesum offers a unique opportunity for a product leader to play a crucial role in expanding its members globally, where the US and Europe are primary markets.

Responsibilities and what you will do:

- Lead the product team to continually evolve the roadmap and come up with new approaches to evolve Lifesum’s product
- Manage business cases, identify the value proposition, define the customer experience, build out the product, and customer adoption
- Ruthless prioritization based on customer experience and business opportunities
- Ensure a modern and agile product development process and interaction with marketing and tech and other stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations
- Responsible for the outcome of the product, through problem solving, ideation as well as improving the customer experience
- Create an environment that fosters high quality, metrics driven experimentation and prototyping leading to great retention
- Work closely with Lifesum’s engineering and tech teams to define and maintain a shared vision for the product


Are you the one we're looking for?

More than having a keen interest in helping people improve their lives through better eating, we think you are:

- A dynamic modern leader with several years experience from delivering customer-facing products through digital product teams
- Experienced with developing app-based solutions with global ambitions and ideally experience from a subscription-based model
- Demonstrated ability to both formulate data-driven decisions and ability to conceptualize, manage and prioritize multiple tasks
- Experience in applying gamification concepts or similar in order to retain users
- Not afraid of working hands-on with product development, but can also zoom-out to get the bigger picture and develop long term product visions
- Passionate about how to make people improve their lifestyles and believe Lifesum can make a real difference globally
- Academic degree or similar
