KRY is a digital healthcare service enabling patients to meet and seek advice from healthcare professionals online. We’re on a mission to build better and more accessible healthcare by providing digital and seamless digi-physical services that gives patients the best possible health care experience, regardless of location.

As we are rapidly growing and expanding in current and new markets we are now looking for a VP Product to lead the product strategy, -vision and -execution for Growth, one of our four Product Areas. Growth is the product area responsible for optimizing growth on our current markets as well as leading international expansion strategy from a Product perspective. We are currently live in Sweden, UK, Germany, France and Norway but we are steadily and rapidly growing into new markets with a highly adaptable product offering based on user research and market opportunities/challenges.

What you will do

- Lead cross-functional teams in a product area to scale the KRY/LIVI products to millions of users across multiple markets.
- Inspire and develop your team of product managers and product directors to solve some of the biggest challenges in healthcare today.
- Set the strategic direction for how to work with growth across markets, user segments and business models.
- Be overall responsible for optimizing the product to meet and exceed business goals across existing markets as well as launching in new markets.
- Continue to recruit a strong international team with the ambition of doubling in size every year.


Who you are

- You are an experienced Leader who’ve been part of both small and large fast growing organizations
- You have experience from identifying and launching tech products on multiple markets
- You have led product development involving several cross functional teams across several different sites
- You know how to set strategic direction for long term sustainable product development while always being here and now in seizing the right opportunities
- You are collaborative and you believe products are best developed in a team driven way between several different functional groups working together
- You believe in building a team culture of research driven product development, always investigating
