About the role

As VP Service Development F&B, you lead group-wide service development within the service area where the focus is on meeting the end customer through scalable processes, methods, concepts and solutions. In the role, you belong to the Group’s TMT (extended management team).

The pandemic has had a major impact on demand levels in F&B, while volumes have steadily increased from the spring of 2020. A return to a new normal is expected over time, while there are strong trends that open for opportunities to grow the business and improve operational excellence.

Given the unique nature of F&B as a service area within Coor, collaboration with each country organization is of immense importance in driving group-wide development. In the role, you lead a Core Team consisting of representatives from F&B in Sweden, Norway and Denmark to lead the strategic development of F&B over the coming years.

Our candidate

You have an academic background and at least 8 years of experience in management consulting and/or as a project manager or leader with a focus on business or service development. You have experience of working with senior stakeholders. You are driven by leading others through change and can motivate and involve people at all levels of the organization. You have both an eye for details and the ability to see the bigger picture. You also have a strong ability to collaborate and foster commitment.

The position comes with interfaces across the Nordics. Thus, fluency in a Scandinavian language and English is required.
