Your mission as Vice President of Service Operations is to lead your team and execute the PSD strategy across the globe, matching the targets for revenue, profitability, operational and capital efficiency for Epiroc. Targets are defined and approved yearly for the division.

Job description:
Some of the main tasks for this position:
Install the Group’s safety culture and reinforce it.
Make sure your organization develops and promotes as Customer-Value and Customer-Care driven culture to support the Groups’ vision “Dare to think new”
Develop efficient and accurate routines in the fields of service and maintenance of equipment.
Conduct competence development and training for all personnel.
Coach, teach, lead and manage your team towards continuous improvement.
Make certain that you have the right people with the right attitude, motivated to perform, and that they are sufficiently trained to fulfill the mission.
Keep an open and communicative atmosphere and strengthen the mindset of diversity and inclusion at Epiroc, where we see and respect each other and where everyone can grow together.
Contribute to the development of Epiroc’s total performance.


Educational and experience requirements:
You should have a degree in supply chain, operations, or related degree. MBA is preferable. We are looking for someone with at least 15 years in global service operations management (domestic and international experience). You should have experience in the service operations industry as well as Lean and project management. We want a leader with a track record of managing people in a global organization and you should have a background in service operations management at Epiroc or equivalent industries. In this role you need good English communication skills, both verbal and written. Additional language will be preferred. EU work permit required.

Location & travel
This position is located in Sweden, Örebro. In this position occasional travel is required.
