Right now we are looking for a VP Strategy and Business Development to take the next step in our strategy development and execution, including growth initiatives such as acquisitions and business development projects for the Marine Business Unit. You will coach a dedicated team of strategy, business development and project leaders.
Challenge description:

Facilitate strategy development for the Marine Business and drive execution as well as anchoring across Volvo Penta and relevant stake holders.
Question our existing beliefs of how things are done and contribute to us becoming a faster and more agile business
Pay specific attention to grow the sustainability transformation of the marine industry, including electrification, digitalization and service development.
Find, evaluate and execute strategic mergers and acquisition to further strengthen our offer.
Develop, grow and coach a team of very talented employees. Build and unleash the potential.
Be part of the Marine Business Unite Management Team where everyone is expected to contribute with their uniqueness and skillset
