We are currently looking for a VP of Supply Chain to assume the commercial responsibility for all our production and logistics.
Day-to-day tasks
In this role, you will be managing the strategic sourcing of suppliers with regards to our finished instruments, components, PCBs and all other materials for our products and working closely with the mgmt. team such as CEO, CFO and CTO. Your area of responsibility will be to scope, find, negotiate and operate suppliers and make sure our production requirements, logistics, supply and components needs are being met at a strategic level and in line with the multi-year product roadmap.
You will lead and be responsible for the flow of material, products and information among suppliers, manufacturers and customers and will be the primary commercial interface between suppliers and Elektron.
As the VP Supply Chain, you will report to the CEO.
Required skills
Degree in business administration / legal or related field.
5-10 years of industry experience in similar roles
Experience from consumer electronics
International experience
Commercially driven
Good negotiator
Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English)

Preferred skills
Engineering degree
An interest in electronic music instruments
