Slash.ten has got the honor to recruit a team of VR-Operator to the completely new virtual-reality concept; DIVR Labs in Mall of Scandinavia! We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer-experiences and together with your team - play an important role in developing the new concept.

Who are DIVR Labs?
DIVR Labs is a virtual-reality focused game development studio based in Prag. Since the start in 2016, the company has developed various game & adventures of highly immersive location-based experiences. DIVR Labs has released a row of successful VR-experiences, including Golem; taking place in mysterious renaissance Prague full of magical riddles - to the newest experience, Meet the Dinosaurs; an adventure packed with all the insights and innovations collected over the years.

Role-related tasks:
- To ensure that the admission facility and ancillary products are presented in a manner to maximize sales.
- To provide admissions cover ensuring that all sales are processed quickly and effectively as per laid down procedures and training paying particular attention to secondary sales.
- To be proactive in selling the experience converting passers-by into paying customers.
- To ensure that all transactions are performed quickly and effectively ensuring the security of cash under your responsibility at all times.
- To report any shortfall in presentation standards, maintenance and VR experience to the Shift Leader, Operations Manager or Technician.
- To be responsible for all stock and cash under your control and to provide an end of day reconciliation of all monies received.
- Maintain high levels of customer care and contribute to improving services for customers.
- To ensure that all admissions, retail and VR systems are well controlled in line with laid down guidelines and procedures.
- To follow all procedures relating to obtaining customer data and waiver requirements.
- To provide accurate information to all guest enquiries ensuring that they are processed effectively and efficiently with the aim to secure sales.
- To assist in the processing of deliveries ensuring that all details are in accordance with the purchase orders and other relevant documentation.
- To contribute to the development of the facility making recommendations to the manager regarding product development.
