You will continue to work on consolidating our position as one of Norway's leading spa hotels and renowned kitchen and restaurant operations. We are looking for a person who will be part of a dynamic team, as well as an important piece in a hectic and exciting workplace.

We are looking for a Deputy Chief/ Sous Chef.

We are looking for new additions to the team. As deputy chef, you are a central part of the management team in the kitchen and assist the hotel's Executive Chef with daily operations such as menus, order, item counting and service. You are also a role model for the other employees in the kitchen and in the restaurant, and are an important piece for motivation, training, quality control etc.

You have:

-Good and documented experience from similar work
-Leadership skills and good at teaching
-Certainly experience from hotel operations
-Good service attitude and is genuinely concerned with creating the best guest experience
-Good collaboration skills and is solution-oriented
-Good structure and takes responsibility
-A positive attitude, good mood and "stand-on" will
-Fluent in English, both orally and in writing

Tasks:
-Quality assurance of daily operations and operational shifts with responsibility for the service
-Assistance in recruiting staff for the kitchen
-Co-responsible for management and development of the kitchen team
-Assist the Executive Chef with menu development, item control and counts
