We're a local restaurant in Skien, with big dreams and high quality. We're a restaurant with a heart for our home town and province. We take proud in using local produce and take inspiration from classic French as well as the rest of the world. Our meny change after season and availability of the goods, some times it's twice a week, other dishes may survive for a month on the menu.

We are a passionate team run by the owner. Jacob & Gabriel is in constant change, we will always stay updated and search for new knowlage and challenges.
Our wine room is one thing we take great pride - and we will continue the work searching down interesting titles.
We have been open since 2010.

Job description:
As a part of our service team, you greet and serve our guest and make sure our food and beverage is delivered out as an good experice for our visitors.
You also prepare drinks, clean and organize.

Skills:
Relevant experience is nessesary. We also search for someone with knowlage, but most of all an intrest in food and beverage.
English must be fluent - we have a international team, as well as guest with strong English language.
