We are looking for people with a big passion for food, wine and service
We are looking for staff for the summer season (May to August) for our terrace Blanche & Hierta located on Brunkebergstorg.
The terrace holds about 70 seats and it is a vibrant venue serving exciting food with a focus on light and fresh flavour combinations paired with a large wine list and crafted cocktails.
Story-telling and personalized service with attention to detail are the core of our DNA.

Work responsibilities
Working hours are in the evening and days of the week may vary.
You will play a key role in the creation of unique and memorable experiences for our guests. Together with the kitchen team, you will be responsible for assuring the service of high quality food and beverage products.
We are looking for you who likes to deliver genuine and personalized service to the highest level possible and always strive to exceed guests expectations.
Background and personal characteristics
You are an organized team player who thrives in meeting all guests with a warm welcome and deliver exceptional service. In addition,
•
You have 2 years experience working in similar position in a restaurant and/or hotel
•
Ambitious and interested in working in a high-pace environment with great standards
•
Good wine, beer and spirit knowledge
•
Outgoing personality who has an easy way communicating with guests. Ability to charm and up-sell to guests.
•
Structure, good organizational skills and high professional ethics
•
Service is your passion and you have a genuine love for food and beverage
•
Able to communicate verbally in Swedish and English, additional languages is a plus
