Waitress / receptionist, Hotel Epoque, Pietarsaari

We are looking for a professional and knowledgeable person for the positions of waitress and receptionist. Yourjob includes a variety of basic reception tasks from customer service to handling check-in and check-in, as well as meeting and serving tasks.

We are waiting for you:
- previous customer service experience
- training in the field a n d / o r previous work experience in reception work
- you are able to work independently and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- you are an energetic, flexible and always happy customer service representative
- ability to perceive and learn new things quickly
- proficiency in Swedish and Finnish as well as English

Knowledge of hotel systems (eg Hotellix) is considered an advantage, as is knowledge of using Microsoft Office
