We at Siemens Smart Infrastructure are looking for a motivated student to join our finance team! Are you our new colleague?
The Finance team at Siemens Smart Infrastructure in Sweden is excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a student who is eager to kickstart their career in economics. This is the perfect chance to gain valuable experience in a corporate environment by helping us out a few hours a week. As part of our dynamic and ambitious team based in Solna, you’ll support our financial operations and contribute to our mission of advancing smart infrastructure solutions.
What you will do:
* Assist with monthly financial closings to ensure accuracy and efficiency in our financial reporting.
* Develop and enhance Power BI reports utilizing your analytical skills to create data visualizations.
* Conduct adhoc analyses that provide insights into our financial assessments,
* Perform account reconciliations to help maintain the accuracy of our accounts.
* You’ll also explore diverse responsibilities, engaging in a variety of projects that allow you to grow and develop your skills based on your interests.

About you:
· Currently studying finance, accounting, industrial economics, or a related field at a university, with at least one year remaining of your studies!
* Experience with Power BI is preferred.
* Previous experience with accounting and administrative tasks is preferred.
* Previous education in economics at high school (gymnasium) level is preferred.
· Strong written and oral communication skills in English is required and Swedish is preferred.
Expected start: Spring 2025
