We are driving the shift by developing the industrial system towards our digital vision and now there is an opportunity for you who want to be part of and lead the Digitalisation and ISIT Coordination office.
Digitalisation is one focus area and there are many strategic initiatives in the electric powertrain and transmission assembly organisation. The purpose of the unit is to provide possibilities – through IT systems and solutions – for the local organisation to implement digitalisation to our work and processes. The focus is on digital solutions, increase the knowledge in digitalisation and establish a stable IT environment without impact on direct run in our operations.

Job Description
The job is to drive growth and strategic renewal by transforming and accelerate the organisation’s traditional analogue businesses into digital ones, with a special focus on creating new value through the use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes.
Your day-to-day activities and duties include:
• Lead, develop, and care for the people at the Digitalisation and ISIT coordination office.
• Responsible for the development and realisation of the roadmap by executing our strategic initiatives in order for us to take the driver seat position in shopfloor IT setup.
• Inspire, coach, and lead the education efforts in an organisation with more than a thousand people.
• Manage the production information system architecture setup at the factory.
• Safeguard direct run and uptime in our operations.
• Manage team operations such as LayCAD, digital test assembly, IS/IT coordination, local product ownership, IT project management.
Profile
We believe you have

• enthusiasm and experience in developing strategic initiatives – explaining the path.
• understanding and the willingness to learn more in how the production system works and its interfaces towards IT.
• clarity in the way you think and communicate. Excellent ability to express yourself in English and, at a minimum, basic understanding and willingness to learn Swedish.
• technical aptitude and a strive to understand the system setup for our production and logistic processes.
• an interest in your own personal development
Previous working experience from Scania is regarded as a merit.
