Why
The current manager is taking the next carrier step so we need a new manager. You together with your team will be responsible for verifying our systems within the powertrain domain. The gearbox management system (GMS) is our main test object, which controls both electrified as well as conventional powertrains. You will also be responsible for verifying the Motor and Generator Unit (MGU), which controls the electric machine on electrified vehicles.

You and your skills
As a person, you are pragmatic, proactive and encouraged by challenges. You have an ability to quickly familiarize yourself with advanced problems with a desire to find creative solutions together with your colleagues. As the assignment involves many interfaces, you are responsive to various inputs and have no difficulties making new contacts.

We need you who is an experienced leader and have knowledge in the testing of software. As a leader, you believe in building relationships with teams and stakeholders, inspiring and motivating others to work towards a goal.  

Interest in vehicles and more specific knowledge of the powertrain components are an advantage. You have a relevant university education. You are excellent in communication and master English in speech and writing and have basic knowledge in Swedish or will be a quick learner.
