We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to handle all administrative activities in our warehouse in relation to Outbound Logistics. YOUR ROLE
We are working with a globally leading client to set up their Swedish operations with a high pace ship of a large range of products to Swedish customers. Operating from a newly built warehouse at the Eskilstuna Logistikpark you will join the team, supporting our activities with administrative functions related to the entry and goods issues. Your role will be a key position in Kuehne + Nagel as our users will rely on you to provide timely and accurate solutions to their technical issues. Your support will highly contribute to the success of the operation.


YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan the unloading/loading appointments with the carriers
Register incoming/outgoing goods in the relevant systems
Prepare documentation of entry/exit of the goods
Ensure optimal operational flow of goods through correct and timely handling of orders
Create, monitor and resolve incidents in collaboration with the client and other functions in the warehouse
Support warehouse tasks such as parcel management and returns
Close collaboration with carriers and other teams in the warehouse



YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Proven experience of working in a warehouse/production environment with a solid understanding of daily operations
Detail-oriented with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
User-level knowledge of Warehouse Management System
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
Fluency in spoken and written Swedish and English is required for the position

In this position you will be working from Sunday to Thursday on a rotating schedule. Dayshift every other week from 08:30 – 17:00 and 16:30 – 01:00 the other week.
