Do you have experience in Logistics and Warehouse Administration? Then this might be something for you! Our customer Samsung SDS Smart Logistics is currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join their team in Gothenburg. This is a permanent recruitment starting ASAP with a six month trial period.

About the role:

At our new facility in Gothenburg you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will have an overview in the WMS of the production, productivity, quality and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ensuring that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations, resulting in a high customer satisfaction.

Key Activities: 

• Organize and maintain inventory and storage area. Moves inventory by scheduling materials to be moved to and from warehouse.
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
• Support daily warehouse production plan
• Coordinates unloading and loading slots at the warehouse.
• Controls inventory by physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
• Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
• Delivers analysis to operations manager to improve warehouse operation.
• Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
• Create and share reports within the organization and to customer.

Your profile:

For this role we are looking for a candidate with relevant experience in Logistics and a strong result driven mindset. He/she is a flexible problem-solver with a hands-on mentality, able to prioritize multiple requests in a fast paced environment.

Qualifications & Requirements: 

• Around 3-5 years of relevant experience as a warehouse administrator
• Problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of WMS systems
• A proficient level of Swedish and professional level of English
• Team player, support where ever support is needed
