Warehouse Coordinator

We are looking for a Warehouse Coordinator for an international company in Lund. Start ASAP, 6 months contract to begin with.

Warehouse Operator
In this role, you’ll be working in a small team with a variety of tasks within the warehouse and with order administration.

Daily tasks in the warehouse include:
Receive deliveries from supplier to warehouse
Do quality checks
Check for damaged or missing items
Goods receival in SAP
Sorting, marking, and placing materials on racks and pallets
Performing continuous warehouse inventory controls, stock counting and location checks.
Keep records of stock
Collect items from throughout the warehouse, preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery.


In addition to the above, you will also help in the improvement work. As this is in the start-up phase, the company needs to develop within systems, and streamline the processes and flows.

To be successful in this role, you need to be interested in improvement work, in parallel with the operational work.
You should be service minded and flexible.

Languages:
Fluency in both Swedish and English is a requirement
