Responsibilities


- Responsible for daily warehouse operation
- Responsible for daily Customs Clearance and logistic transportation solutions
- Verify the count of the incoming material with purchase order and delivery note, manage the documents timely
- Store the material in the designated storage location per the warehouse procedure
- Warehouse management to keep clean and tidy, to avoid the damage of the material
- Take the regular stock taking per the financial and warehouse procedure, accomplish the stock taking report and analysis the rote cause of the balance
- Other tasks designated by supervisor

Requirements
- Good project management and strong personal leadership skills
- 3+ years of cumulated experience in the Warehouse Implementation of continuous Improvement Operations/Project and Team Management experience
- Motivated self-starter, with a keen interest in developing and implementing best practices and innovative solutions
- Mature and composed person adept at managing change and handling resistance effectively associated to the implementation
- Ability to work in a multi-culture environment
- Fluent in oral and written English and Swedish, Mandarin is a plus
