Warehouse Manager

Scania is now undergoing a transformation from being a supplier of trucks, buses and engines to a supplier of complete and sustainable transport solutions.

The challenge
We are looking for a passionate people manager with a keen eye for process improvement and team development. As a RW6 Warehouse Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving process development and ensuring the success of our warehouse operations. You oversee and evaluate warehouse processes, identify opportunities for efficiency improvement and implementing continuous process enhancements. You contribute to the establishment and achievement of safety, quality, customer satisfaction, and productivity goals.
As a people manager, you will foster a positive working environment and promote a culture of growth and development among the warehouse team. You will support and stimulate the professional growth of a small team of warehouse employees and enabling them to reach their full potential.
In addition to this you will closely collaborate with different internal stakeholders to align (local) strategies and achieve departmental objectives and ensure a good and efficient communication flow.

Your talents
We are looking for an ambitious colleague with a master’s degree in logistics or supply chain. You have proven coaching skills, with the ability to motivate and stimulate teams to achieve their best. Therefore experience in a leadership role is highly recommended. You have strong analytical and organizational capabilities, driven by a passion for improvement. You have a growth mindset and are eager to handle challenges and with diplomacy and cooperation. You are proactive, capable of working autonomously and take initiative to achieve goals. To gain a solid comprehension and communicate effectively in the team, learning Swedish at a rapid pace will be essential.
