Warehouse Manager Assistant Wanted

DDUP Business Service AB is a trading company in Helsingborg, Sweden since 2012.
After 10 years of hard work, DDUP together with its web shop www.thepartshome.se has become one of the main suppliers in mobile phone repair parts industry in Sweden.
Our new development on categories will cover consumer electronics, repair tools, computer repair parts, electronic devices accessories also new markets development is undergoing at the same time.
We are looking for new co-workers to join us on this exciting journey!
Position: Warehouse Manager Assistant
Main responsibilities:
Manage and proceed the orders received through web shop or emails, including picking and packing orders, booking shipments etc;
Manage and organize the received incoming stock;
Handle returns from customers and create the report;
Contact and reply clients regarding orders or questions;

Requirements:
The role requires that you are organized, analytical, strategic, solution-oriented, communicative and cooperative.
We are seeking a person who knows Swedish and English language fluently in both written and spoken.
The role requires a person with good communication skills and service minded.
Work experience in electronic industry or E-commerce companies is an advantage.
