IKEA Torsvik Distribution Centre (DC) and Customer Distribution Centre (CDC) is growing and we are now strengthening our organisation with one more Warehouse Manager.

As Warehouse Manager you are responsible for both operational business and co-workers in our Distribution Center (DC). You lead and coordinate the activities in the warehouse and lead and coach a team of 7 Team leaders and 130 co-workers. You will be responsible of achieving goals and KPI?s, to enable change and to develop business through people. You will be a part of the management team and you report to the DC/CDC manager.

You have the ability to communicate effectively with people in different positions inside and out¬side your organization. You are good at implementing structural way of working within the area of responsibility and you have a strong organizational & planning skill. You have a university degree (Logistic, Economics etc.) or equivalent working experience.

To be successful in this role you have 4-6 years of documented leadership experience. You have the skills to inspire, motivate and develop a strong team based on the IKEA values.
Your team leaders and co-workers should be able to develop and be prepared for the next step under your leadership. You have the ambition to grow with IKEA and to take further steps in your career. You are fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
