BSH Home Appliances AB is looking for a Warehouse Operations Team Leader!    

In the role of Warehouse Operations Team Leader, you will have great opportunities to influence BSH's future operations in Northern Europe. The role involves great responsibility with developing work tasks in a fast-moving environment and you will report directly to Warehouse Operations Manager. The position is placed in Nykvarn. 

Responsibility includes 25-30 warehouse employees with 3 coordinators placed in Outbound MDA / Outbound SDA and Inbound who provide support in each department that reports to you. 

Your tasks:  


• Develop and engage employees through modern leadership and coaching 
• Actively work to strengthen team spirit and promote cooperation within the group 
• Continuous follow-up and constructive feedback to employees 
• Handle various personnel matters and employee calls 
• Manage employee rehabilitation together with local HR  


• Maintain a good working environment in accordance with laws and regulations 
• Carry out the necessary training for employees within the group 
• Ensure that work is carried out according to rules and safety regulations and that incidents and accidents are reported 
• Ensure that all handling of goods takes place according to current processes and routines 
• Continuous work with improvement  


• Independently analyze process compliance 
• Ensure that the own area of ​​responsibility meets set goals in finance, key figures, quality, etc. 
• Identify possible areas of improvement 
• Responsible for running, leading and coordinating local projects 
• Current state analyzes of finances, profitability, work structure 


• Regularly analyze and report agreed activities and key figures 
• Actively participate and hold daily operational meetings 
• Part of management team and participate in management team meetings 
• Coordination with consulting companies, selection, information, booking and termination of consultants 

Your Profile: 


• You are an experienced manager, preferably within logistics area. 
• A university degree in Logistics with focus on supply chain management / logistics 
• At least 2-3 years’ experience of similar work 
• Good knowledge in warehousing 
• Good analytical and knowledge in business/logistics systems such SAP, S4 Hana and/or other systems 
• Fluent knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing (English is a plus) 
• Good knowledge in Office package, Excel, Word, PowerPoint etc.

As a person, you are result-oriented, solution-oriented, and have good analytical and negotiation skills. To succeed in the role it is important that you can demonstrate a genuine drive and have a “can do” attitude with good planning and organizational skills.

Benefits: 
Fixed monthly salary, annual bonus in case of positive outcome, wellness allowance, 30 vacation days, collective agreement and reduced working hours. 

Working hours:  
2 shifts – Week 1 morning shift 06.00-14.21, Week 2 evening shift 14.30-22.51.  
It is important that you can work day and evening shifts.
