We are currently looking for a part-time Warehouse Operator, who will be working both alone and as part of a team with efficiency and commitment to complete the work and strive to maintain the business performance targets. This role will be focusing on managing the supply chain, monitoring inventory, keeping warehouse organized and adhering safety regulations.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Signing for shipments upon receipt, verifying the correct goods have been received;
Thoroughly inspecting goods for any damages and discrepancies;
Maintaining an accurate records of all goods received, distributed and in stock;
Arranging and managing goods to maximize storage space within the warehouse;
Contacting suppliers or distributors to resolve any shipment or delivery issues;
Packing goods for distribution that includes finished merchandise and service units.
Promptly processing distribution orders or requests, which includes retrieving specified goods from storage as well as packing, sealing, and labeling merchandise accordingly.

REQUIREMENTS:
Hands-on experiences from similar tasks;
Knowledge in ERP system and LMS system;
High school degree, with technical focus;
Fluent in Swedish and English;
Basic knowledge in MS Office tools (e.g. Excel, Word)

IT IS A PLUS IF YOU HAVE:
Driver's license, class B;
License for forklift operation, Class A;
Knowledge of Chinese.
