Summary
We are looking for a Warehouse Order Administrator, to our Warehouse in Rosersberg. This is the perfect role for you that values good planning, high quality and are very structured. You will be in the center of the warehouse communication and will work closely together with the team lead to coordinate the daily work. You serve as our main contact within Baxter and to our forwarders concerning our warehouse day to day work.
Together with the warehouse team, you are making sure that the team can deliver the right products, at right time and with the correct quality for all our patients’ treatment. This is where you are part of Baxter’s mission in saving and sustaining lives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
This is a broad role with a lot of different and exciting tasks.
You will plan daily and weekly work together with team lead.
You will be responsible for the administration and planning of orders from/to JDE/WMS depending on customer requirements.
You will be responsible for the administration and booking of outbound shipments.
You will serve as primary contact for Customer service concerning outbound shipments.
You will communicate any non-conformances on outbound activities.
You will act actively for production/warehouse improvements.
You will work actively with goals from Baxter.
You will be part of the Warehouse team to fulfill the pick, pack and delivery of Baxter’s product to our customers.

Qualifications
In this role we preferably see candidates with experience from supply chain or a similar role where you always have had to prioritize between information from different channels.
You must be able to operate a computer and appropriate software packages.
You must have good communications skills, as well as good interpersonal and organizational skills.
A high school diploma is required.
We see that you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in warehouse operation or administration.
You need both Swedish and English Language Skills on a fluent level.
As a person you can stay calm, you are able to prioritize and get a good structure.
A forklift license desirable
