Warehouse Production Manager

Do you want to be responsible for the warehouse and ensure efficient operation and optimization? Then the job as Production Manager might be the job for you.


As a production manager, you will make sure goods and activities are produced safely, cost-effectively and always on time and that they meet the required Lyreco’s quality standards. You will be responsible for training of new employees in the competence area. In addition, you will work in close collaboration with other managers regard to development projects.
Next, you will oversee the production process, coordinating all production activities and operations. The activities for the production manager are daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly and the main task and duties are as followed:


Plan and draw up a production schedule
Ensure that the production will be cost effective by estimating costs and resources
Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
Monitor productivity rates, standards and quality.
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times
Ensure customer orders are completed on time and to budget and that quality standards and targets are met
Work with managers to implement the company's policies and goals
Collate and analyze data, putting together production reports
Supervise and motivate a team of staff
Review worker performance and identify training needs.
Working hours 10:00 to19:00
Work in projects together with your team-leaders and make changes with quality outputs.
