Warehouse Supervisor

DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are searching for a Warehouse Supervisor at Schneider Electric Distribution Centre in Örebro.

Schneider Electric Distribution Centre (RDC) in Örebro is working systematically to strengthen the development of warehouse and logistics processes. The distribution center has about 150 employees in warehouses, engineering and support functions.

Scope
* Responsible for hierarchical management of operator teams
* Manage the Warehouse teams in order to meet customer needs in terms of cost, quality and lead time
* Ensure the effectiveness of treatment of physical flows and the reliability of inventory
* Manage a team and develop team members? competencies through training, coaching, communication and performance
* Report to the RDC Manager

Your main tasks
* Enforce safety and health rules, and 5S throughout the sector
* Optimize daily balance workload / resources
* Ensure management of the logistics process receiving goods > stocking > picking > Material handling > shipping finished goods and wastes
* Animate daily meetings with appropriated indicators and action plan
* Organize the training needs of teams and manage the versatility in accordance with the target defined
* Manage warehouse processes performance and for the team according to Schneider rules and cycle event of the DC
* Ensure inventories accuracy
* Monitor and analyze logistic costs

Your competence and experience
We are searching for a targeted person with management experience primarily from manufacturing or logistics. You are sustained, communicative and have the ability to develop teams. Educational background could be university degree or upper secondary school with relevant experience.
