Warehouse Supervisor (f/m/d)

Role and Responsibilities:
· Management of a small team of employees in a logistics environment
· Planning the development of personnel, integrating new employees and conducting interviews
· Planning, management and control of daily business as well as finding remedies for non-performance
· Control and optimization of processes in terms of efficiency, quality and customer requirements
· Contact with customers, freight forwarders and internal teams
· Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and internal compliance rules
· Active participation in daily activities, such as picking, packing, shipping, etc.

Your profile:
· Vocational training in the field of freight forwarding / logistics or comparable industry with further training in combination with relevant work experience
· Working knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
· Good understanding of figures in connection with operational and logistics processes
· High degree of responsibility, assertiveness, and decision-making competence as well as result-oriented action
· Fluency in English and Swedish
· Good communication skills
· Forklift licence - B1 + B3
