The Warranty Claim Handler is responsible for handling and resolving warranty claims received from Business Partners. The position includes daily communication and cooperation with internal departments and other relevant stakeholders


Mission/Purpose of the Job
Your main task within this role is to manage and improve the warranty claim process and secure compliance to the Warranty Operational Procedures (WOP) supporting our Industrial Customers primarily in the Nordic & Benelux countries as well as South America. You will be the main contact between our Market and Central warranty team.


You will monitor the warranty process & KPIs through data analysis of warranty statistics. The position includes some travelling.


Main activities and responsibilities:
Overall responsible for the complete warranty process for Nordic & Benelux countries as well as South America
Finding efficacy and securing the needed competence internally and externally
Provide the internal and external network with needed reporting to drive segment and global development targets and KPIs
Data analytics in relevant service market systems
Supporting follow up
Systems support and administration as Key User of PC, UCHP, Baldo, BPM among other AM Systems supporting the markets and securing the information quality

Aftermarket systems knowledge, knowledge of aftermarket tools is a plus
Broad technical understanding (such as mechanic, process or electrical)
Desirable if you have worked as Service Engineer, Technical support or a similar role
Ability to read and understand general Technical documentation
Experience of close interaction with customers and maintain good relations
Technical and/or economical training (intermediate level) or gained equivalent experience
Fluent in English and Swedish, both written and spoken, additional languages is a plus
International experience is a plus

You are communicative in speech and writing and enjoy working in teams where you manage to handle many tasks in parallel.
