As part of our transformation journey, we need to strengthen the voice of the customer and improve our internal ways of working to succeed. We are in exciting times, setting new directions and processes, to satisfy the customers or even exceed their expectations.
Within our Warranty team we aim for Optimized Warranty Claims, we operate in a global and cross functional environment. Our team is always focused on contributing to correct job/repair by our Dealers and by that Quality for end-customer.
To make this happen, we provide Sales company and Dealers with tools, methods, processes, targets, and audits relating to Warranty.
Today we manage several systems : QW90 (AS400 based) claim system, Regress system to suppliers and GGC for Goodwill . The systems we manage and the data they store are widely used in the quality organization as well as other parts of the company, such as Sales Company’s, Retailers, Finance, Polestar and Volvo Cars Service Business

What you’ll do:
As a Warranty Application Expert, you will be the expert and the go-to person on the data set up and how to manage it in our systems and making sure the systems fulfil the users demands.
This role also includes initiative and drive projects that develops and implements changes in our applications. You will do hands on work in QW90 as a specialist. Contribute with system solutions and work intensive with our users and stakeholders.

Located in Gothenburg, SE. we operate in an Office policy.
