Job Description
Reporting to the Customer Experience Team Leader, the position is responsible for managing the warranty claims process from end to end as well as providing customers with an excellent experience (either by phone, fax or e-mail).

Areas of Responsibilities
*Respond in a timely fashion to all warranty & customer related queries
*Manage the Returns Authorisation process in accordance to set policy & procedures
*Collaboration with customers to ensure efficient administration of returns
*Inspection of goods returned and diagnosis of defect
*Respond to & submit requests for parts and manage spare part inventory
*Maintain summary of quality issues and provide regular warranty analysis and reports
*Coordinate with finance department to ensure that customer credits are accurately documented and issued as needed.
*Respond to Customer inquiries in relation to product knowledge, retail locations etc.
*Coordinate with Sales & Operations to ensure timely management of sales order process

Skills and Abilities
*College/University education
*Minimum 1-2 years in a similar role
*Fluent in Danish & English (German and French is an asset)
*Proficient in MS Office
*Excellent communication skills
*Team player attitude
