Within Global Warranty - we drive customer loyalty through a balanced approach to warranty. We minimize warranty spend while ensuring a competitive warranty coverage with policies that we can communicate with transparency.
If you are a leader with knowledge from Warranty, Retail, Engineering  and/or Car Service Business , enthusiastic about quality and a customer focused person, then this position is a perfect match for you to further develop. 

As a Warranty Performance Director within Global Warranty you’re responsible to lead a specific Region/Importer according to the below noted activities:
* Follow up on performance metrics towards the NSC (National Sales Company)
* Create and provide warranty policies
* Secure policy compliance at retailer
* Provide necessary tools and processes
* Provide guidance and support to NSC
* Drive efficiency improvements


Do you fit the profile?
•    You are a strong leader.
•    You are performance oriented, data driven and with at least 8 years of experience in leading people.
•    You consistently approach situations with the company’s best interests in mind.
•    You have several years of relevant experience within the Automotive Industry and have been a leader, managing different teams.
•    You have broad knowledge within one or more of the areas Warranty, Retail, Car Service Business and Engineering.
•    You have good technical understanding of the complete vehicle. 
As a person you are customer focused characterized by high integrity, persistence, and collaboration.  
You have a strong business acumen, creative mindset and have the ability to identify opportunities to make improvements.
