We are looking for a Line manger with agile leadership mindset and a desire to continuously improve our Way of Working
The purpose of the line organization is to enable employees to be their best in order to deliver great solutions for our customers. We truly believe in every individual’s ability and that you will do a great job if you get the right prerequisites. You act as a line manager and people leader for a group of employees and consultants located in Sweden.

The functional responsibility is a key in this position, you will together with your employees lead the evolvement of company-wide WirelessCar Way of Working (WoW). Our WoW is inspired by well-known agile frameworks and international standards. You and your team will be a strong drivers and role models for continuous improvements to enable a WoW that is the best possible for our position in the automotive industry. Your team will be a catalyst and lead company-wide change by ensuring an agile culture based on our spirit.

You will also be responsible for our Digital WorkPlace (DWP) in WirelessCar having a small organization that work with demands towards our suppliers to support WirelessCar staff with the best client platform and tools so our staff can focus on their tasks.

Key responsibilities

- Being a Coach and mentor and develop employees, enable career development planning and opportunities
- Communicate, ensure understanding of and motivate employees to contribute to WirelessCar's short- and long term goals and objectives
- Recruitment and hiring talent to fill team positions
- Ensure that the right competence and resource are available when needed
- Encourage a “dare to do it” mentality, support a creative mindset and let your colleagues be themselves, enabling a innovation culture
- Secure agile change implementation within WirelessCar
- Secure that DWP is delivered according to our needs
- Constantly evolve WoW to the next level

Who are you?
We believe you have minimum 5 years experience in line management and a background within IT. You have deep agile understanding, preferable with experience of implementing agile mindset cross company. You maybe have a technical education and experience from client IT and software. Servant leadership is the foundation for your leadership, coaching people to grow, getting things done, not feeling restricted by organizational boundaries and are always prepared to contribute - leading WirelessCar into the future.
