Tetra Pak Packaging AB in Sunne is responsible for manufacturing of Tetra Rex and Gable Top packaging material and implementation of converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions with a clear customer focus and world class manufacturing standards.
We are now looking for a WCM Analyst to join the WCM organisation.
Your main responsibility will be to apply WCM knowledge and methodology to support and improve the results in the factory.
You will work with data reports and support the Pillar organisation in a variety of errands.
The position will be placed in Sunne.
Main responsibilities
-Super user production systems
-Analysis, data collection and improvement suggestions
-Human/Machine interface and continues improvements
-Administrative Pillar support and WCM Managers
-Data reports and analysis
-Benchmarking and implementation of good practices
-Loss definition and loss management
-Attend in Pillar structures and Steering committees
Qualifications
You drive for results and enjoy collaboration. You focuson possibilities, rather than boundaries and poses analytical skills beyond average. You can identify problems, suggest action and apply a methodology within the light of a coaching approach.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years of experience within the field of WCM/Production/Maintenance/Quality combined with deep knowledge within IT/Systems. You possess a suitable University education.
We seek someone change oriented interested in: IT, technologies, people, tools and methods.
You will need to command English and Swedish fluently
