Tetra Pak Packaging AB in Sunne, Sweden is responsible for manufacturing of Tetra Rex packaging material and implementation of converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions with a clear customer focus and world class manufacturing standards.
We are now looking for a WCM Analyst to join the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) organisation and contribute to improving the results in the factory.
The position is located in Sunne, Sweden.
What you will do
As WCM Analyst, you will be applying WCM knowledge and methodology to be able support and improve the results in the factory. You will work with data reports and support the WCM organisation in a variety of activities.
Business Expert production systems
Analysis, data collection and improvement suggestions
Administrative WCM support
Benchmarking and implementation of good practices
Loss definition and loss management
Attend in Pillar structures and Steering committees
Who you are
We believe you have strong drive for results and for sure enjoy collaboration. We can see that you are a person that focus on possibilities, rather than boundaries. You have strong analytical skills and the ability to convey your analysis in different forums and on different levels. You can identify problems, suggest action, and apply a methodology within the light of a coaching approach. We seek someone change oriented interested in: IT, technologies, people, tools, and methods.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 2-3 years of experience within the field of WCM/Production/Maintenance/Quality combined with deep knowledge within IT/Systems. It is a merit if you have experience of SAP. You possess a University education, preferably within in the technical range: Production Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or similar.
It is required that you are fluent in both English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
