Job summary
We are looking for a World Class Manufacturing (WCM) expert, who will support our Additional and Packaging Material factories, in addition to the regional and central supply chain functions in their WCM journeys.
You will be a member of the central WCM team in Packaging Solutions, which is responsible for supporting our Packaging and Additional Material Factories, in addition to Integrated Supply Chain functions, in their respective WCM and digitalization journeys. You will report to the central WCM Manager for Additional and Packaging Materials.
This is a permanent position, and you will be located in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As a WCM Analyst in the central WCM Team, you will:
Drive global loss deployments for central projects prioritization
Support global Master Pillars and their networks driving the WCM journey
Support, lead and train others in WCM for proper application of WCM methodologies
Drive continuous improvement activities and follow implementation of methods, actions and standards for loss eradication and prevention
Participate in central digitalization activities according to the digitalization Road Maps for WCM

To be successful in this position you need to be an ambitious, self-driven and highly motivated person with outstanding communication, problem solving and analytical skills.
University Degree (technical or data related backgrounds will be considered as an advantage)
5+ years’ experience from working in a strong WCM/TPM culture in a factory environment
2-3+ years’ experience in leading or participating in at least one or more of the following WCM Pillars in factory environment: FI, QM, AM, PM
Practical experience of working in one or more packaging material factory processes in a factory environment i.e., Printing, Coating, Finishing, Side Sealing or additional material factory processes in a factory environment i.e., closures, straws, strips, films
Proactive and analytical approach, self-starter and excellent team player with advanced communication and leadership abilities
Experience in driving digital transformation initiatives in factories
Deep knowledge in manufacturing IT systems; QDA, Poka, P2, SAP BO/BI, PowerPlatform (PowerBi, PowerAutomate etc.)
Strong organizational skills for coordinating and scheduling multiple tasks with different levels of complexities and details
Readiness to take on challenging responsibilities, open minded and always looking for development opportunities
Ability to travel when it is required
Fluent in English
