Tetra Pak Packaging AB in Sunne is responsible for manufacturing of Tetra Rex and Gable Top packaging material and implementation of converting solutions, enabling Tetra Pak to deliver competitive packaging solutions with a clear customer focus and world class manufacturing standards.
We are now looking for a WCM Coordinator to join the WCM organisation.
Your main responsibility will be to apply WCM knowledge and methodology to support deliver the results in the respective factory and support the line managers to achieve overall process in factory KPIs in smaller factory environment or WCM Manager in big standard factories.
You will lead the E&T Pillar and manage the companies' skill matrixes as well as the WCM toolbox.
The position will be placed in Sunne.

-Setting targets and timelines, planned assessment score
-Toolbox Management
-Pillar leader tasks and alignment with other pillars
-Overview and perform Audits, evaluate and write reports
-Benchmarking and implementation of good practices
-Guide and suggest improvements
-Align and collaborate throughout our organisation within the field of expertise
-Support teams with education, implement and deploy new methodologies
-Loss definition and loss management
Qualifications
You drive for results and enjoy collaboration. You focus on possibilities, rather than boundaries and poses analytical skills beyond average. You can identify problems, suggest action and apply a methodology within the light of a coaching approach.
We are looking for a candidate with at least 5-6 years of experience in implementing WCM and Knowledge of Production process in factory environment preferable combined with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
We seek someone change oriented ski interest in both technologies, people, tools and methods.
You will need to command English and Swedish fluently.
