WCM Coordinator

Supply Chain Operations Tetra Pak Supply Chain Operations manufactures packaging material, packaging systems and distribution solutions for Tetra Pak Packaging Solutions.The Capital Equipment Supply Chain division (CE SCO) is responsible for the manufacture and supply of Filling machines and Distribution Equipment from receipt of order until performance is achieved at the customer's site.We are recruiting a WCM Coordinator who can drive WCM activities within Capital Equipment Carton Core & Economy which includes the systems A1, TFA3, C3, TBA 8 and TBA/TB19.As WCM Coordinator you will be part of the Management Team of Capital Equipment Carton Core & Economy.The position is based in Lund.In this position you will be responsible for coordination and support (training, facilitator, coach) to teams and Pillars in order to implement WCM.WCM activities will be highly prioritised within the organisation and as WCM Coordinator you will meet both high demands and full support from management and the organisation.Your key responsibilities will be to: .Define and spread WCM standards .Provide WCM training to Pillars and Teams .Provide methodological support .Motivate and empower people through positive attitude .Stimulate change in traditional mind set You should have a University degree in either Engineering or Business Administration.The role requires work experience from an industrial production environment combined with WCM knowledge.Within WCM you have started or lead teams and you have a basic knowledge of the methodology.If you have experience from quality work and people management we see that as meriting.You also have a very good knowledge of written and spoken English.To be successful in this role we believe that you are a person that easily gain peoples confidence and that you are inspiring with natural teaching/coaching skills.We need a driver who delivers results and a person that can work together with people all over the organization, exchanging information and supporting colleagues to achieve personal and team goals.
