WCM Coordinator

We are recruiting a WCM Coordinator who can drive, support, co-ordinate continuous improvement initiatives in the Distribution Equipments Supply Chain.In this role, with your expertise in WCM and/or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, you will have the responsibility to influence, establish and co-ordinate continuous improvement activities among 16 to 20 distribution equipment suppliers.As WCM Coordinator you will be part of the Distribution Equipments Team of Carton Value & Economy Supply Chain platform.WCM activities are highly prioritised within the organisation and as WCM Coordinator you will meet both high demands and full support from management and the organisation.The position is based in Lund.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

-With WCM improve the Distribution Equipments supply chain performance
-Deploy a WCM approach across the Distribution Equipments supply chain
-Drive and support Suppliers in their continuous improvement programs
-Provide WCM training and methodology support to Pillars and Teams
-Motivate and empower people through positive attitude
-Stimulate change in traditional mind set


Kvalifikationer

You should have a University degree in engineering .The role requires experience and knowledge in Lean manufacturing and Kaizen methodologies.Work experience from an industrial production environment combined with WCM knowledge are an advantage.You also have a very good command of English, both written and spoken.
