WCM Coordinator

We are recruiting a WCM Coordinator who can drive, support, co-ordinate continuous improvement initiatives in the Carton Value and Carton Economy Supply Chain.In this role, with your expertise in WCM and/or knowledge in Lean Manufacturing, you will have the responsibility to influence, establish and co-ordinate continuous improvement activities internally as well as among 10-12 system suppliers.WCM activities are highly prioritized within the organization and as WCM Coordinator you will meet both high demands and full support from management and the organization.The position is based in Lund.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

- With WCM improve the Carton Value and Carton Economy internal and external supply chain performance
- Drive a WCM approach across the Carton Value and Carton Economy supply chain
- Support Suppliers in their continuous improvement programs
Provide WCM training and methodology support to Pillars and Teams
- Motivate and empower people through positive attitude
- Stimulate continuous change and improvements


Kvalifikationer

You should have a University degree in engineering .The role requires 3-4 years hands on experience in driving World Class Manufacturing/Lean Manufacturing improvement programs.Work experience from an industrial production environment is required.You also have a very good command of English and Swedish, both written and spoken.
