Do you want to work in SCO Industrial Base Management being part of the global Early Management (EM) team?
In this position you will take part in the activities across the organisation to improve equipment reliability and quality by using Early Management principles. Your main task will be to support the organisation in achieving Vertical Start Up performance for new solutions being deployed in factories, and supporting processes to develop loss-free equipment. You will work closely with our converting factories, as well as with the central Equipment Groups.
You will be based in Lund and report to the EM Master Pillar Manager.
Main responsibilities
-Follow-up global EM KPIs
-Collaborate with Equipment Groups to improve processes for loss-free equipment
-Support Clusters and central organisation in incorporating EM methodology in way-of-working
-Follow-up and address competence levels and drive skill gaps closure plans
-Collaborate with other Master Pillars to ensure alignment of the activities
-Be part of EM methodology review and improvement
Qualifications
You have a background in projects within Supply Chain Operations or similar experience in other organisations. You have practically applied WCM methods and tools related to EM and successfully lead improvement projects.
You have a solid understanding of WCM or other similar continuous improvement program/principles.
Your goal and performance drive is crucial in the role. You enjoy collaboration and have the ability to coordinate stakeholders and networks across geographies and organisational boundaries.
Your English skills are good, written as well as spoken.
