WCM Engineer

WCM Engineer is a central role within SCO IBP (Industrial Base Performance) working alongside a team of WCM experts and Master Pillar Leaders. The central WCM team is responsible for driving the strategic direction of WCM for the factories to adhere to, as well as supporting them in the application of WCM through coordination and competence development.
What you will do
As our new WCM Engineer, you will be part of SCO IBP-WCM working to support and integrate all master pillars. You will focus on:
Support Clusters and central organization in incorporating WCM methodology as a way-of-working
Develop, implement and roll out of global tools according with identified needs (C2, Power BI)
Follow-up global AM&PM KPI’s
Collaborate with other Master Pillars to ensure alignment of the activities

Who you are

Furthermore, you are business oriented and have a strong and recognized informal authority as well as a natural seniority. To be successful in this position you have solid experience from;
At least 3-4 years of experience in implementing WCM
Good understanding of Microsoft Power BI reports development, Experience in development of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Teams. Power Apps development is plus.
Good knowledge of converting process of packaging material (Printing, Coating, Finishing)
Self-driven, analytical, technology-oriented mindset.
You probably have a University degree and you are fluent in English, verbally as well as in writing.
