Services Supply Network within Tetra Pak Services has the task to design and implement the best fit supply process from supplier to end user, to increase availability and service level, reduce cost and optimise stock levels. As part of this organisation, Services Supply Network Europe works to secure the service level to our European customers and that our delivery meets our customer requests.
We are looking for a WCM Manager to join our dynamic and exciting team!
This is a permanent position, and you will be based in Lund, Sweden.
What you will do
As WCM Manager you will lead the World Class Manufacturing implementation and development within our operations in Lund and later expand in complete network. This will be done in close collaboration with the Warehouse and team managers. You have an important role in securing our future capacity and productivity.
Create, drive, and manage a detail WCM Master plan to support operations objectives and ambitions
Set up and drive the Education & Training Pillar including shop floor education and training & WCM reward & recognition system
Drive Autonomous maintenance and focused improvement activities. Drive towards the use of more automation for higher productivity
Establish a performance measurement and loss intelligence cockpit system. Drive towards end-to-end visibility
Develop operations CI governance and execution (DMS, weekly pulse, steering committee, management meetings, people development yearly cycle etc)
Govern Visual Management & Gemba activities in the warehouse, in collaboration with In- & Outbound managers
Develop global best practices and drive global benchmarking cross operations. Communicate widely WCM activities and achievements in an effective way
Who you are
To be successful in this position you possess solid knowledge and long experience of operations processes as well as WCM methodologies and tools. We believe you are a strong communicator in multi-cultural environment and poses high ability to audit and coach. It is required that you have strong analytical skills which are accompanied with excellent knowledge in Power BI and or other data analytics tools. Also, you have strong benchmarking and collaboration skills.
As a person you are result oriented, structured and driven with an innovative and pragmatic mindset. You are positive and outgoing and have very good networking skills, you have the ability to support, motivate and lead people in a common direction. Your analytical skills are on top level, and you can work independently towards set goals. Fluency in English, both verbal and written is a must.
