Our team, Additional Material & Operations, part of the Packaging Solutions Additional Materials organization, is dedicated to Tetra Pak becoming the undisputable industry leader in quality, by leading systematic activities with our plants and suppliers driving a quality mindset within Additional Materials.
What you will do
In your role as WCM & Quality Champion, you will be part of a team focusing on optimizing performance in the globally installed base. You will have a central role in engineering and digitalisation initiatives and in the automation agenda.
As WCM & Quality Champion you will:
Drive WCM implementation and secure development and maintenance of WCM competence in the factories
Be one of the key drivers of the Quality agenda in Additional Materials
Participate in validation process of lines/ suppliers/materials
Facilitate system performance improvement projects within additional materials manufacturing plants
Support and drive issues and root cause analysis related to Technical issues according to the Issue Resolution Process
Drive the quality control process (quality control plans, measurement system analysis, SQC)
Participate in improvement projects internal and together with our suppliers to secure specification alignment
Handle networking process with key stakeholders (i.e. Market Companies, Supplier Management, Production, and D&E).

Who you are
We believe that you have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar together with at least 5 years of work experience that includes dealing with customers, suppliers and project management. You have a previous experience of working with quality, specifications, production and World Class Manufacturing or other continuous improvement systems. Experience of customer support and field service activities are an advantage.
The ideal candidate has excellent networking and communication skills and the ability to manage change in a challenging environment. You need to work closely with our factories and supplier base to make sure that their products and manufacturing process fit our quality requirements.
To be successful in this position you are a strong informal leader who can influence and engage individuals, teams and organizations. You have an analytical and structured approach in combination with a strong drive for results. To work with individuals and teams on different organizational levels is for you highly motivating. For the position, excellence in spoken and written English and MS Office is a must.
